	3 separate attempts to purchase from hamleys online. Only one item turned up. The other two occasions required weeks of chasing customer service to admit that the item wasn't going to be despatched or had been lost and then refund me.

	Prima voor elkaar, duurde bij mij een kleine week voor het in huis was maar alles wel keurig verpakt ! :)
