Set ongeopend retour gestuurd. Wordt niet geaccepteerd want beschadigd. Als je vraagt om bewijs zegen ze deuken in verpakking. Als je om foto’s vraagt kan dat niet. Helaas had de koper (mijn moeder van 75) geen rechtsbijstand. Mijd deze winkel!!!!!

Produkt besteld waarbij de doos beschadigd aan kwam. Retour moeten sturen op eigen kosten. Ik wilde graag een vervangend exemplaar maar ze hebben het bedrag geretourneerd. Communicatie is erbarmelijk.
